We will do a thorough assessment in your first session. Soft tissue manipulation will be performed and the session will be concluded with recommendations (exercise and stretches) if necessary.

Follow-up Sessions:

Progress of the muscles will be assessed. We will discuss any queries and commence with a full hour of therapy.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us! It's reserved especially for you.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from getting much needed treatment.

If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Late Arrivals

Please note that treatment time will be compromised for late arrivals. However, if you are 20 minutes past your scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.

3. Non-Arrival Policy

Non - Arrivals will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
