Not only can the wheat bag keep your toes warm in the cold weather, but it can also be used for your muscular injuries.
How to use the wheat bag:
HEAT
Warm the wheat bag with the outer cover on.
Place your wheat bag evenly in the microwave.
2-3 minutes is the recommended heating time for the wheat bag. If you find it is not warm enough, warm it for only one minute longer at a time.

Stiffness
Keep muscles warm
Improve blood circulation to area
COLD
Place the wheat bag in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for several hours. Remove from the plastic and apply.

Freeze the wheat bag for sprains and strains.
